Place Services, Inc. was recently awarded JOC contracts from Sourcewell for the Kentucky ezIQC construction and electrical services. Ben Lusk and Phillip Hayes in our Job Order Contracting Division put in countless hours in preparation for this RFQ. We are honored in getting the opportunity to earn the respect and trust from a very diverse group of clients as we assist them in completing their construction projects on time and within budget. Our team will work closely with the teams at Sourcewell and Gordian to strengthen the relationships needed to be successful in the utilization of the contract. Feel free to contact us for more details.
PSI contracted with the Statesboro Regional Library System to perform a much-needed renovation of two specific spaces and overall facelift within the main library branch. The Meeting Room and adjoining rooms are to be renovated to provide a modernized space for groups in Statesboro to hold meetings. The Friends of the Library room and the existing Kitchenette were swapped to give The Friends of the Library more working space. In the Staff workroom we are removing existing walls to create more workspace for the staff. We are also moving doors and windows to provide better lines of sight into the main library. The highlight of this project is a new circulation desk, which will brighten up the initial contact point for patrons as they enter the library. All spaces will receive much needed lighting, electrical, data, flooring, and paint upgrades. We express our gratitude to the Statesboro Regional Library System to be allowed to work on this project.
