Sam’s Club Self-Checkout
Light renovation of Sam’s Club front end. Existing registers were removed, and new self-checkout registers were installed. Power, data, and light assembly were required.
Rework of the layout and type of registers to better suit the needs of the store, while lowering cost of employees stationed at each register.

Projects were completed in 1-week duration. 100 projects were completed throughout the southeast over the course of a year. Work ranged from New York, New York, to Miami, FL.
Walmart Asset Protection Gates
Light renovation of Walmart front of store entrances. Asset Protection Gates installed at front entrance’s inside of building. Power, data, and light assembly were required.
Install of metal, powered gates, to deter theft at each store location. Contractor installed power pole, with low voltage sensors in gates. Gates were bolted to concrete floor per layout given on plans. Gates were checked for operation upon demobilization.

- Project Cost- $8,000 to $13,000
Projects were completed in a 3-day duration. 150 projects were awarded. Projects ranged from Washington State to New Mexico.
Walmart Pick Up Towers
Light Renovation of interior front register area installing Robot pickup tower, or pickup kiosk depending on location, installed. Power, data, flooring, equipment, fire sprinkler, and heavy assembly were required.
Install of flooring at area to receive Pickup Tower. Relocation/ removal of existing registers to accommodate Robot. Rework of electrical circuits to furnish necessary power requirements to Robot. Install new fire sprinkler into top of Robot.

- Area of work – 600sf
- Project Cost – $30,000
Projects were completed over a 3-day duration. 100 projects were awarded. Projects ranged from Alaska to Georgia.
