State & Local Government

Our Extensive Government Work Gives You the Advantage

PSIGC fully understands both the state and local government work arenas. Whether it’s a military base, library, or state contract, we have the resources to get the job done right. We understand the particulars when it comes to contracting, prevailing wage scale (including Davis Bacon Wage Scale), and the Corps of Engineers. We self-perform most major scopes with over 200 tradesmen in the field.

We have experience working with VA Medical Centers, military bases (both internationally and domestic), as well as non-government organizations. Our state and local government experience gives us a strong competitive advantage.

Government contracts requires precision, knowledge, and strict quality controls to succeed. We thrive on new challenges, and work hard to do the job according to the project specifications. We understand the sensitivities of security levels and much of our staff have security clearances at a variety of levels.

Our Goal

At PSIGC, our goal is to plan and build the government facilities that help our country thrive. We always seek to be good stewards of taxpayer money. That’s why the government trusts PSIGC to do the job right, on time, and on budget.

Our Mentor Protégé Program

PSI sponsors a Mentor Protégé program through the Small Business Administration to help young growing companies in the federal workspace. PSIGC partners with these small businesses in a variety of ways, from large federal project’s to smaller VA hospital scopes. Through the mentor protégé program, we help with bonding, accounting, and other details that young growing companies may not have.

Georgia State Contract Specialist

PSIGC is also on the ezIQC contract for the state of Georgia. Projects procured through this program vary in size and scope. This gives us the ability to work with County, Municipal, and State facilities to help them procure their project in a more streamline system saving them time and money.

Partnering for Your Success

PSIGC partners with larger contractors for turnkey scopes in the federal workspace. This work takes PSIGC to bases throughout the US, as well as into international arenas. PSIGC’s ability to design and manage work helps us to be a great partner on any style or size project. PSIGC also self performs Electrical, Carpentry, Metal Stud Framing, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Millwork, Painting, Flooring, Landscaping, and Underground Utilities on various projects.
