Grocery & Retail

We Prioritize Your Needs From Day One

No matter how big your project is, PSIGC can handle it. Need to renovate? We’ve worked on some of the biggest grocery-retail brands in the world. And we have completed over 800 grocery remodels across the country. Need to build from the ground up? We’ve got you covered. Need something that’s completely unique? We can help you design and build it.

Renovations to Stay Ahead

You probably already know that most retail stores have to remodel their stores from time to time. They might use those remodels as an opportunity to update the décor, renovate their services, and try new technology. But did you know that grocery retail stores remodel far more often than the average retail store?

They rollout fresh décor on a regular basis. And they also are one of the first in the industry to try new innovations. So you’ll usually see trends started in grocery stores rolling out into other retail months and years later.

For large grocery chains, like Kroger, this could mean one of its stores is starting a new remodel every week.

Dedication and Expertise to Do Any Job

All of this means that the company renovating and building those grocery stores has to be on its toes. The general contractor has to be on top of all the latest design options and technological innovations going on in the retail industry. The GC also has to be able to know how well these innovations are going to work for grocery stores.

At PSIGC, we’re dedicated to our grocery clients. We want them to love their new store – and be able to use it to secure more and better business. If we can help people buy better food easier, we’re all in.

PSIGC clients know we have the manpower and expertise to handle staggered schedules for large chains, but also able to handle the remodels and new builds of local grocery stores in small towns across the country. We also can handle major rebranding jobs that require complete rebuilds, including signage and technology changes.

You Stay Open While We Work

In addition, our clients don’t typically have to close their stores for remodeling and additions. Most remodels are done at night so the client can stay open and not lose valuable business during the process. Some extensive remodels that do require closing are handled quickly and with minimal down time for the store. We understand tight turnaround schedules and work within realistic schedules to make your remodel successful.
