GENERAL MANAGER: ROBERT MELE
As the Chief Operating Officer of PSI and General Manager of the General Contracting Division, Robert is a results-driven senior executive with measurable success in supply chain integration, global operations, business process re-engineering, and customer experience programs. He has a laser-focused approach to continuous improvement efforts, overall customer experience, and customer’s voice. He applies an in-depth knowledge of Six Sigma and LEAN methodology to productivity and performance improvements across operation areas. At PSI Robert leads the quality, safety, procurement, recruiting, fleet, and warehouse departments leveraging his 30+ years of operations experience to ensure every customer and PSI associate interaction is a positive and productive one.
Robert has managed large scale international projects, has led the development of corporate and strategic initiatives, and has managed multi-million-dollar global P&Ls. Robert’s role is integral to supporting PSI’s growth and expansion strategies.
DIRECTOR, SAFETY & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: RICK TEAL
Rick is a seasoned veteran and proven leader in the commercial construction Industry. He has over 40 years of Big Box Commercial and Retail Construction experience, and has served in nearly every capacity within Construction Management with extensive expertise in Tilt Wall Construction. Rick has expanded his area of expertise to become an expert and advocate of safety and safety education with over 200 hours of continued credit education in Construction and Construction Management. Rick maintains a 30 Hour OSHA Certification, and is NPDES Certified in the state of Georgia. In addition, he is an OSHA 500 Certified Instructor and is currently OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Outreach Trainer through the Georgia Institute of Technology and also an Outreach Trainer through the National Safety Council.
DIRECTOR, GROCERY: JARED HOWARD
Jared has over 15 years of experience in the Commercial and Residential Construction industries. He has experience in all aspects of the construction process from pre-construction to project completion, and has managed projects which range 2,000 sq ft to 50,000 sq ft with budgets of $10K to 4M. As a Director at PSI in the Grocery Department, he currently leads the team in all aspects of on-site construction from project start through project close-out. He also works closely with the project owners, design team, subcontractors, suppliers and other Place Services team members, to ensure each project is completed with a high level of quality and safety in a timely and cost-effective manner.
DIRECTOR, ARCHITECTURE & ENGINEERING: MATTHEW CASH
Matthew is an expert in both renovations and new construction. He has over twenty years of experience in architecture and has focused much of his career on growing Georgia through architecture. He will be the primary point of contact for Architectural Engineering. He has a diverse skill set, including Building Information Modeling (BIM), and experience in Higher Education, Municipal, Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, Military, Retail, and Residential Architecture. Much of his career has also been focused on leading large design teams, as Project Manager, on a multitude of projects.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION MANAGER: MATT BAGGETT
Matt has over 15 years of experience in the Commercial and Industrial Construction industry with an emphasis in the Grocery Retail sector. He has overseen the estimating on over 1,000 completed projects at PSI ranging from high volume fast paced improvements, to longer duration ground ups in excess of $20M. In His current position as the PSI Pre-Construction Manager, Matt develops and maintains early client relationships, construction budgets, and oversees the estimating team. Matt is a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management.
DIRECTOR, DESIGN BUILD: PAUL GLEASON
Paul has over 20 years experience in the Commercial Construction industry overseeing teams and project managing large scale complex projects. His areas of expertise includes the overall planning, scheduling, design-build, contract management, contractor performance, and financial outcome of Grocery Retail and Big Box projects. In his current position as the Design Build Department Leader, Paul, oversees a variety of projects in the public and commercial sectors for the Design Build Department.
LEADER, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: JOE CASTIGLIONE
Joe brings over 30 yrs. of Corporate Construction and Facilities Management experience to PSI, with significant experience in rapidly changing business environments. This experience includes new-construction, planning and development, remodeling, leasing acquisition and site selection. These accomplishments resulted in reducing costs, enhancing services and successfully completing projects.
His construction industry experience also includes store construction, planning, merchandising and operations management tied with a knowledge of regulations in OSHA, DOT, ADA, HRS, FEMA and strict standards and LEED® O&M requirements. His client industry experience encompasses the banking industry, medical and educational facilities, as well as the retail and entertainment industries. In addition, Joe has a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients, government officials, contractors, vendors, architects.
SENIOR PROJECT ACCOUNTANT: JOHNATHAN PARKS
As the Senior Project Accountant for Place Services’ General Contracting Division, Johnathan Parks manages the GC financials and provides best practice strategies to improve gross margin and profitability. He also oversees the financial processes such as budget adjustments, invoicing, PO closure and project financial evaluations. His broad construction industry accounting experience began as an Accounts Payable Administrator and he was quickly promoted to Lead Accounts Payable Administrator, Accounts Payable Manager and most recently Senior Project Accountant for the GC Division. Johnathan has an Associates Degree of Applied Science in Accounting and is currently pursuing his Bachelors Degree of Science in Accounting.
Retail Account Manager: Jason Crawford
Jason has 25+ years’ experience in retail operations and the commercial construction industry. His extensive experience in the retail space brings a new perspective on how to manage retail clients and implement new processes and communication platforms. His experience includes managing all aspects of the construction process from pre-construction to project completion, and has managed a broad range of projects scopes with budgets up to $3.5M. As an Account Manager at PSI in the Retail Department, Jason currently leads the team for all aspects of on-site construction from project start through project close-out. He also works closely with the project owners, design team, sub-contractors, suppliers and other Place Services team members, to ensure each project is completed with a high level of quality and safety in a timely and cost-effective manner.
