PSI’s Design Build Team within our General Contracting Division is a great resource for our client when they are searching for a single source of performance and responsibility from conception to completion delivering a project on time and on budget. They meet and exceed their client’s expectations by implementing the philosophy to operate efficiently yet remain as flexible and responsive to all the unique requirements that multi-phased, multi-shift, fully operational facility construction projects require. Design Builds main clients are the state of Georgia, Fort Valley State University- FVSU, City of Cedartown, Southern Crescent Technical College, Clayton County Library and the Department of Natural Resources.
