The project involves over 150,000 square feet of new asphalt paving, with 120,000 square feet already completed—a key milestone in preparing the site for its operational requirements. Additional enhancements include the installation of new fencing, curbs, approaches, and landscaping, all designed to create a fully optimized and functional space for Amazon’s expanding fleet.
