Lowe’s Outlet, 3 Locations

The Place Services, Inc. General Contracting Retail Department has been contracted by Lowe’s to complete three appliance outlet stores. These interior build-out projects include demolition, full MEP, fire sprinkler, drywall, paint, carpentry, floor polish, and storefront modifications. These projects are led by Kevin Thomas, Project Manager, with Joe Scott, Robert Hernandez, and Jason Reid serving as Superintendents.
