The Commercial Department of the General Contracting Division of Place Services, Inc. has partnered with @Todd Washowich, Construction Relationship Manager, to transform a green field in Winder, GA into an 8-bay service center for our new client, Mavis Tires and Brakes.
The PSI team, led by Director of Construction Rick Teal, Project Manager Colt Sosebee, and Superintendents Thomas Perkins and Ethan Mele, recently began to prepare the location pad to commence construction.
The Scope of Work for the full ground-up project includes site work, underground utilities, paving, and a new concrete masonry building.
