New Administration and Fabrication Facility in Easley, SC

Place Services, Inc. is proud to announce another landmark in the growth and expansion of the company. The Plumbing, Mechanical, and Fire Sprinkler Divisions of PSI, based in Easley, South Carolina, have outgrown their current location and are planning for their future with a new building!
 
This new facility, which includes administrative offices and fabrication space for HVAC ductwork and plumbing piping, underscores PSI’s capability to program, design, and construct its buildings. PSI’s Architecture and Engineering Department designed the 25,600 gross sf administration and fabrication facility. The Plumbing, Mechanical, and Fire Sprinkler teams will work together to construct their new headquarters.
 
General Manager Phillip Dobbins elaborated, “From the initial design process, every detail of this building has been carefully considered to represent our commitment to serving the needs of our employees and partners. We believe that by investing in this new 72-seat office space and fabrication service area, we can create an environment that not only meets our business needs, but also enhances the experience for all who live and work in our community.”
