Walmart, Denver, NC Expansion

Place Services Inc. is part of a group of prequalified general contractors that Walmart has selected to work with under their General Contractor Resource Optimization (GRO) Program. Project Manager Chris Lee, Assistant Project Manager Jenny Colin, and Superintendents Patrick Gardner and Bob Burns are leading the project in Denver, North Carolina. The scope of work includes an 8,300 SF ground-up expansion to the building to increase online order capacity and upgrade and remodel interior sections.
